      <image:caption>Great meal prep for a quick school breakfast or when you have overnight house guests! These nourishing muffins by Ambitious Kitchen are a family &amp; friends pleaser! They are made with almond flour and oat flour (use gluten free if needed), organic shredded zucchini and pure organic maple syrup to sweeten. The recipe calls for chocolate chips, but I switch out for fresh organic blueberries. The great thing about muffins is you can add to them to make a bigger punch of nutrition. I like to add flax and/or chia and top with walnuts. You can also add shredded carrots! Anytime you can hide extra veggies in is a win! The zucchini and blueberries make these muffins extra moist. I like to add a big spoonful of nut butter on top to give some extra protein and healthy fats. Remember when using nut butters, look at the ingredients for just nuts and no added oils or fillers.       <image:caption>High quality meats are important when adding protein to your diet. Force of Nature meats are so good and all are grass-fed and regenerative meats. They also offer an ancestral blend of beef, liver and heart, which is a great way to add in organ meats which are loaded with essential nutrients like B vitamins! This quick nutrient bowl is the perfect weekday meal. I grilled the Force of Nature meats grass-fed jalapeño cheddar (the cheese is also grass-fed)sausage ( you substitute another sausage of choice. I also like Amylu sausage). Sliced and top on quinoa with roasted sweet potatoes, broccoli, shiitake mushrooms, and red onion ( all on one pan seasoned with garlic, smoked paprika, chili powder and salt and pepper and avocado oil) after drizzle Siete Foods jalapeño balance sauce to top it off! Keep it simple, nutritious meals don’t need to be complicated to taste good!!</image:caption>
